He earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Santa Clara in 1984 and his Doctor of Medicine from Oral Roberts University in 1989. He then completed an internship in internal medicine at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in 1990, followed by a residency in anesthesiology and pain management at UAB in 1993.
Throughout his career, Dr. Wesely has been at the forefront of pain management and regenerative medicine. He has held key positions, including Director of Ambulatory Pain Management Services and Physician Consultant at multiple hospitals and medical centers.
